The new system concept ensures an innovative production and dosing of chlorine dioxide. The result: minimal chemical usage and high stability of the generated chlorine dioxide solution. An intrinsically safe proceedings including closed gas duct ensures a high operating safety. The chlorine dioxide plant CDLb works according to the chlorite/acid method. The plant produces a chlorine-free chlorine dioxide solution through the implementation of sodium chlorite solution with hydrochloric acid.
The innovative reactor design achieves an excellent yield of well over 90 percent. As a result, economic, environmentally-friendly operation with minimal use of chemicals is guaranteed. Safe and long-term stable the system is equipped CIO2 with a template module caching a chlorine dioxide solution with a concentration of 2,000 ppm, with a total heating capacity up to 120 g of CIO2 per hour.
